Michelle Teyke currently resides in Sarasota, Florida with her husband Dominik and her beautiful daughters Vivienne and Lauren. Other family members are Rudy and Baby, the family cats and the legendary 16 year old Papillion, Natasha.
Michelle came to being a professional life coach by living a life filled with interesting people, all with interesting stories. Michelle has always loved to be of support to people wanting to achieve goals or make changes in their lives.
Michelle Teyke was a professional actress, singer, dancer, director and choreographer. A native of Buffalo, NY, Michelle began her ballet studies at the age of 5. She became a professional ballet dancer in Hannover, Germany where she rose to the status of ballerina. Michelle had the honor of being coached at The Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow for the role of Odette/Odile in Swan Lake.
Michelle (at that time Becker) then moved on to musical theatre where she became a leading soloist at one of Germany's finest musical theatres, Theater des Westens in Berlin. When Michelle returned to the US in 1999 she not only brought a piece of the Berlin wall, she also brought a husband and daughter with her. In Cincinnati, Ohio, Michelle became the head of the Dance Department at Northern Kentucky University, and a faculty member at the College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati. Michelle started mentoring students at the universities and fell in love with the coaching process; this paved the path for becoming a professional life coach.
Now, Michelle has started a new chapter in Florida where she has founded MomEmpowerment, a life coaching support system to assist mothers who are ready to create a more fulfilled and balanced life. Michelle received her training with Coach Training Alliance and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Michelle is very passionate about working with mothers like her and helping these women create a life of balance and greater well being.
