Life coaching is collaboration between a coach and client to better the client’s life and most importantly GET RESULTS!

The Coaching process
Life coaching takes place in person or on the phone and can be fit to
suit your schedule. The sessions are 30 – 45 minutes once a week and a
3 month minimum are desirable. The client sets an agenda for each session.
Then realistic goals will be chosen to accomplish within a set time period.
